Nice is a charming and ancient town. This is a great place for exploring Antibes, St Tropez, Monaco and the Provence region. This region is packed with plenty of things to see and do. A visit to the medieval village of Peillon is exceptionally appealing. Close by Antibes attractive beaches are the place to get as much of the sun. Cannes is renowned for its annual film festival it is a thrilling city. Monaco draws in the rich and famous with its attractive Casino Royale, Castle Rock and Aquarium. Avignon is an historic town worth discovering; while Arles, on the Rhône River, has a fine Roman history and architecture to match.

Getting to Nice
Nice’s airport is located 7 km from the city; it receives flights from numerous European cities and limited transatlantic flights. International flights also arrive in Marseilles. If you are travelling by car the A8 takes you into Nice.

Travelling to Nice from January through until May is quite cool with temperatures ranging from 8c warming to 17c. If you are looking at taking warm sunny breaks away then July, August and September are the months for you with a cool temperature of 23c. Temperatures then start to reduce in October through to December to a cool 9c.
