Our Ski and Snowboard Insurance is designed to provide the right level of cover for all types of skiers, from novices to experts.

Skiing is an expensive holiday requiring special equipment and it can be dangerous and medical costs can be high.

With our policies you are covered to:

Cross country skiing (on recognised paths)

Dry slope skiing

Heli skiing (excludes cancellation cover)

Mono skiing

Off-piste ski/boarding (within the resort – outside the resort must be under the supervision of a qualified guide/instructor)

Sledging

Snow Boarding

Husky Sleigh Rides

Snow Shoe Walking

Reindeer Safari (organised and with a guide)

Snow Cat Safari (no cancellation cover, must be professionally organised and on a recognised route)

Telemark skiing (only on recognised paths)

Ski Randonee (only on recognised paths)

 

 

Our insurance cannot cover you for:

 

Ski jumping/ski acrobatics

Ice Hockey

Skeletons

Bobsleigh

Skidoos (driving or passenger)

Snow mobiles (driving or passenger)

Tobogganing

Luge

Ice Driving

Ski or ski bob racing in international and national events, their heats and officially organised practice or training for these events
